Help shape responsible media verification.
NOCAP is currently in a closed alpha on iOS, distributed through TestFlight to a small group of early testers. Spots open in waves as the product matures.
What testers can explore today
Audio scans
Record live audio or upload a clip and review the signal-level evidence behind the verdict.
Photo & video scans
Upload images or short videos and see metadata, structural, and model-based signals.
Screenshot checks
Run a screenshot/DM trust check for scam-pressure patterns (part of the NOCAP+ trial tier).
Evidence & feedback
Inspect every result’s evidence, keep a scan history, and rate results to improve signal quality.
Who should request access
People who meet suspicious media
You regularly encounter images, clips, voice notes, or DMs that don’t feel right and want a structured second opinion.
Detail-oriented testers
You’re comfortable with an alpha product, willing to try odd inputs, and happy to tell us exactly where the experience breaks.
People who value honest limits
You understand that a responsible detector sometimes says “uncertain” — and you find that more useful than false confidence.
Current limitations
- Results are signals, not proof — verdicts can be wrong, especially on unusual content.
- This round is iOS only. An Android build exists internally but isn’t part of this round of testing.
- The product is alpha software: expect rough edges, changing behavior, and occasional breakage.
- Legal Terms and the Privacy Policy are alpha-stage drafts (see Terms and Privacy).
Request access
Space in this round is limited. Email us and we’ll follow up with a TestFlight invite as spots open.
Detailed testing notes
- Try everyday scanning first: a live audio scan, a photo or short video upload, and — on the NOCAP+ trial — a screenshot/DM trust check. Tell us what felt confusing or slow.
- Create an account and try the NOCAP+ free trial flow; let us know if unlock or paywall behavior is ever unclear. Purchases in this build are trial-only while subscription billing is finalized.
- Ads shown when you run out of daily scans are currently test ads, not final production ads.
- Some upload formats are intentionally restricted during alpha for security reasons.
- Use the feedback buttons on result screens — helpful or not — especially when a result feels wrong.
- Edge cases we want: poor network, permission denials (mic/camera/photos), and oddly formatted files.
